The Netdocs team:

We’re a team of experienced innovators who give big businesses practical, proven ways to work smarter.

Entrepreneur, change maker, people enthusiast

As the co-founder of Netdocs, Paul is constantly generating ideas, collaborating on new projects and leading his team with genuine energy and enthusiasm. One of life’s natural entrepreneurs, he’s spent the last 30 years staying ahead of the curve, using original thinking and ingenuity to build Netdocs into the company it is today. Although work and home often overlap, Paul relishes spending time with friends and family and loves unwinding, boating and cycling along the Norfolk coastline.

Paul

Managing Director

People collaborator, problem solver, team galvaniser

Gill does a lot of listening. She’s the glue between our clients and the team, understanding what the issues are and figuring out how to best fix problems using Netdocs services and software. She’s honed her skills as an analytical thinker and communicator over 27 years of working in the document processing industry. But her real strength is that she just loves helping people. Away from the office, Gill is a theatre-lover and avid reader, who enjoys learning pottery and ceramics. She’s also a wife, mum and herder to a gaggle of miniature schnauzers.

Gill

Business Development Manager

IT visionary, systems inventor, technical wizard

Graham co-founded Netdocs with Paul and heads up our technology team. He designs our system architecture, develops our software and is constantly keeping up to date with all things tech. With over 30 years working in computer science and software engineering, Graham enjoys simplifying the user experience and using his technical knowledge to create real world benefits. Away from work, Graham is a keen windsurfer, loves football and spends most of his spare time playing sport with his kids (and trying valiantly to keep up with them).

Graham

IT Director & Software Engineer

Solution finder, database analyser, testing wizard

James looks after our day-to-day systems and database operations, and is brilliant at rigorously testing our software to make sure it does exactly what it needs to.

A fast learner and problem solver, James brings valuable technical skills to the business and is the ‘go to’ person for pretty much anything. Outside work James is a keen sportsman and will probably be found on the golf course (his handicap is 11.6) or online, challenging some of the best gamers around the world.

Customer Support

Project fixer, team galvaniser, completer finisher

Charlie has recently joined us to manage the growth of the company and to help keep all our projects fully on track with his expert management skills. His background managing property and architectural projects means he’s a natural fixer - good at coming up with solutions and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Married to Penny and proud father of Maya, Charlie enjoys family time, loves anything to do with tech (especially if it’s new) and is a dab hand at clay shooting.

Charlie

Delivery & Operations

Opportunity creator, growth accelerator, partnership pusher

Having cut his teeth as a salesperson in the City of London, Ollie joined the business to help drive revenue for a business which is as enjoyable to work at as is rewarding. He's excited to be selling a true solution, rather than an off-the-shelf product, and to be learning & experimenting every day in new ways to articulate how Netdocs can solve complex challenges for businesses. When he's not networking for the business, he's an avid reader & loves to travel. He likes to keep things balanced, spending half his free time in the gym & the other half with friends or his girlfriend Sophie, supporting local pubs & restaurants in Notting Hill.

Ollie

Business Development

Number cruncher, spreadsheet surfer, cashflow juggler

Alison keeps an eagle eye on all the company finances, overseeing everything from invoicing and VAT to making sure all suppliers and staff are paid bang-on-time. Super-efficient, she has 25 years’ experience working in finance, and enjoys knowing everything is on track and that the numbers all stack up. Outside work, Alison loves summer motorbike rides and winter walks that end up in the pub. She takes pleasure in DIY and the neatness achieved with ironing (which is why she wears stripes a lot).
