Using a combination of technology and our specialised team, we categorise the records and capture specific data with a very high level of accuracy (an internal Connells report told us our accuracy was 99%).

3. Analysing your records for Right To Work Check gaps

With everything centrally logged and organised, we then do a thorough audit of where your Right toWork gaps are.

We processed 38,000 records for Interserve in this way, capturing details like nationality and visa expiry dates, which helped them segment their workforce into various levels of risk category.

4. Ongoing support as you move forward

Once you have a much clearer picture of your Right to Work risk, your task is much more focused.
